How did Dylan get to Evergreen Home Loans?
Dylan was born in Santa Rosa, California, and decided to trade the warmth for 360 days of rain. He's lived in Bellingham for nearly 20 years, and wouldn't trade the easy access to the mountains, lakes, rivers, and ocean for anything.
Dylan's collegiate background is composed of attending Western Washington University for a total of 4 years, earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management and an MBA in Marketing while finishing in the top 15% of his class. Western has been named to Aspen Institute Global 100 List as a Top 100 MBA Program in the world.
He then applied to work for the "World's Greatest Bank," Umpqua Bank, as a Home Loan Officer in 2015, and they hired him on to both originate and refinance home loans. In 2018, Dylan took over responsibility as a producing Branch Manager where him and his team produced over $500 million in loans year over year. At the end of 2022 Dylan transitioned his 23 person team over to Evergreen Home Loans and opened the first ever EHL branch in Bellingham, WA where they have continued to dominate the #1 purchase lender position in the market.

With over seven years of mortgage experience he has the ability to both originate and advise on purchase and refinance loans. Dylan's out-of-the-box thinking provides him with a unique ability to acclimate to diverse situations - allowing him to satisfy a variety of client needs.
Work isn't all he does...
In Dylan's spare time he is a sports enthusiast who loves both soccer and football (or pretty much anything on ESPN). Dylan plays for the local semi-pro soccer team Bellingham United (see bio).

Alarm Clock: 6:15 AM + a few snoozes.
Perfect Day: Iced Matcha, 70 degrees with a slight breeze, and the sound of the ocean in the distance.
First Job: Maintenance boy at a local credit union. My friends called me a "glorified janitor".
Super Hero Power: Eating spicy food & not crying.
Favorite Whatcom County Area: Galbraith for an afternoon ride & Fairhaven for dinner.
